Pastel Blonde ships worldwide! We use USPS standard and priority mail for both domestic and international orders. The typical delivery time for domestic orders is 2-8 business days and is $6 USD flat rate. All orders are processed and shipped from our HQ in Los Angeles (within 2 business days) Monday through Friday 10am-5pm PST. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
International orders will ship for a flat rate of $25 via USPS International Shipping. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified immediately. Once you receive your Shipment Notification with your tracking number, you should expect your package within 10 to 12 days. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
All applicable customs, import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Pastel Blonde. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. Any delays due to the customs clearance process are outside of our control.

Orders shipped within California are subject to the general sales tax according to location/county. Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to sales tax.
You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. This confirmation will also include your order number and complete order summary. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.
Orders placed with Pastel Blonde will generally ship within 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification with a tracking number. You will receive a “Cancelled Order” notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.
Pastel Blonde gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with its original tags, order form, and return form purchased on our website for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase. Pastel Blonde must authorize all returns. Simply contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description of what you want to return and why. Include your order number in the email and we will get back to you within 24 business hours. Any sale or vintage items cannot be returned.
Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service. Only merchandise received by Pastel Blonde can be processed. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Pastel Blonde. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned and processed in approx 5 days. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the credit and post it to your account. All shipping charges and international duties & taxes are non-refundable.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase date. We are more than happy to exchange your item for another style, size, or color of equal value. We suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase to ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once you ship your item and we receive the item back we’ll send you a new one. Shipping charges, international duties and taxes are non-refundable or exchangeable.
